Bit of clips from the past week and today. I spent the past week surrounding by many people because of graduations and the long weekend for memorial day. At first, I was not really up for attending my graduation ceremony because I had already technically graduated a semester early and will be moving on to graduate school (it's official!) so it wouldn't be my final graduation, but I decided to go anyway. It turned out to be a great day despite the weather and made me think about how thankful I am to my family, boyfriend, and friends for being with me and supporting me through the years. I also attended one of my childhood friend's graduation at West Point. I am so proud of her accomplishments and wish her only the best during the upcoming years. Last, are photos from earlier today. It's the first weekend back at the shore house after Hurricane Sandy. Although we are still rebuilding, we were able to enjoy the memorial weekend there to relax and run around in the sand.

Photo overload today, hehe! What do you do when the weather gets warmer? Shed some clothing! The days are suddenly getting warmer and warmer. I can finally wear skirts without having to wear leggings. I love this skirt from Romwe. When I first saw it, I just had to have it and decided to combine it with different colors and dots to make it more exciting.
ASOS CUTOUT BRALET + LAVISH ALICE PENCIL SKIRT + MIX PRINT JACKET + JACKET WITH SOFT WATERFALL TRIM + DOUBLED STRAP HEELED SANDALS + ROUND SUNGLASSES + CLUTCH BAG WITH STRAP
I've gathered together my favorite picks from ASOS to bring you an outfit collage post! If you're facing dreary weather like me, go for a look that'll brighten your day. Don't let the weather stop you. There are actually TWO options here with the jackets. You could go for a more simplistic and layered look with the waterfall jacket or spice up the look with the mix print jacket! I really love these asymmetrical skirts when playing around with solid colors. Which look do you prefer?
By the way, I am writing this post for the UNiDAYS Blog Off Competition because UNiDAYS is launching in the US with fashion giants ASOS. You can join too if you reside in the US and want to win a $100 ASOS voucher and 3 month residency guest blogging on the the UNiDAYS international blog!

Lately, I've just being lovin' pairing jeans or all different sorts of pants with strappy heel sandals (cheapest for $30 here!). I wish I could go out like this every day but it is different when you're rushing or doing a lot of walking. The sun is starting to blare it is making me feel so dark. I need shade. My graduation is on Sunday (tomorrow)! I must figure out what dress and heels I am going to wear. Any suggestions?
P.S I updated my shop with new items! See if there is anything you like. =)
MAXNINA METAL RIVET BRACELET + SIMPLE CROSS BRACELET + BRASS TASSLE RING + GREEN DESIGN BOX NECKLACE + LEATHER PLEATED SKIRT + BAROQUE PRINTED SHIRT
Today's style collage features pieces from Maxnina.com. They are an online shop selling wholesale women's clothing, especially wedding dresses and also clothing for men! They even sell wedding dresses. In this collage, I aimed for a punk rock look. It is a bit daring for me to wear on just a regular day, but I would most likely wear it on a night out. I'm currently loving leather skirts and also getting into graphic tees. I really like the lion design on this shirt. The jewelry adds the glam to the look. My most favorite is the riveted bracelet and I hope they have it in my size or runs in a small.
WEARING: TRIANGULAR NECKLACE FROM NASTYGAL + FLORAL MAXI DRESS C/O THREDUP + HEELED SANDALS FROM KENSIE GIRL
Photography by Dillon.
April showers bring May flowers? The rain is a bit late so I brought out the flowers with this maxi dress! The umbrella makes as a great accessory for this outfit too. The team at Thredup were so kind as to give me a trial on their website and this dress was one of my purchases! To be honest, I was not sure what to expect because I am always doubting places that buy and sell clothing but to my surprise, their products are in tip top shape and high quality! My only issue is to watch out on sizes because they can run large. Their prices are not expensive at all and you can get 20% off your first order! Paired this dress with wooden heels I bought I while ago because I wanted to stick to the nature feel of it. I almost slipped though when I was heading inside the house. Wet floors are no good.

SILVER DIAMON RING FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE + SHEER LACE BLOUSE BY MILLIE + ROUND SUNGLASSES BY CHOIES + PYTHON WRAP BRACELET FROM MACYS + STUD SHOULDER BAG + RUSTIC SILK SHORTS + LUCY SANDALS BY CHLOE + NUDE NAIL POLISH BY BUTTER
Going for a romantic, feminine collection today. I love Chloe's soft neutral and nude pieces. Everything just states 'pretty' and these are all items I would love to own. I chose to style the Chloe shorts with a lace top because lace never gets old, along with the ankle strap heels to match. The studded detailing of the bag is modern yet dainty looking. I also wanted to add the trendy round sunglasses even though I can't really pull them off myself and including some stunning women's rings and leather bracelets.

I was a but indecisive at first but now I feel that these are my official go-to pants for the summer! I love the light blue stripes and of course, I paired them with my white ankle strap heels. I thought I would go with a yellow top because it was a beautiful sunny day. I bought it a while ago when I went to Hong Kong last summer and would definitely love to find more yellow pieces to include in my everyday wear.
P.S. I'll be around to catch up with comments soon! =)
So today I thought I'd make a beauty post and introduce you to Birchbox, a monthly subscription of beauty and lifestyle samples that are delivered to your door for $10 a month. I recently received my box in the mail so I hope you enjoy this little review.
One of my favorites from the Birchbox is the Caldrea body lotion. I tried the Aloe Water Apricot which is light as moisturizer when you apply it to the skin. The scent reminds me of flowers and isn't overpowering.
I also tested the eye shadow and face primer by MAKE. I honestly am an amateur when it comes to make up so I'm sorry if I can't give you the full details! The eye shadow is a subtle, dark grey that is great for creating the smokey eye effect. I've actually looked into primers before because if you are out partying all night, your make-up tends to wear out so primers can be pretty useful. I've only had the chance to try it out once so far and it isn't bad. After applying it, it almost feels like there's nothing there. Plus, it is a two-in-one base to help protect you skin (SPF 30)!
Lastly, I have not tried the Nick Chavez Beverly Hills shampoo and conditioner yet but looks like it is good for those who have dyed their hair like me. It boosts volume, shine, and hair color.
Overall Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5 stars)
CHICNOVA SNAKE SKIN PRINT BLAZER + TOP SHOP MESH CROP TOP + DANIEL WELLINGTON WATCH + BUTTER LONDON DARK NAIL POLISH + ZARA SKORT + MARC BY MARC JACOBS TOP CHICRET TOP HANDLE + REBECCA MINKOFF KNOCK UP BABY BAG + MILANOO BLACK ANKLE STRAP HEELS
Black and white pieces all the way. Except for the tiny shade of yellow in the ring, haha. I've been loving the monochrome, classy chic look so I have been taking baby steps to incorporate pieces like this into my wardrobe. I've got to stop shopping through, I have no more money! But onto talking about these pieces. Everyone seems to have these fold over skorts from Zara, but I love the minimalism and asymmetry of it. Then there are the ankle strap heels that complete any outfit. I particularly like the mesh sleeves of the Topshop blouse and the snake skin print blazer is just an awesome statement piece. What do you think?
