Peplum and V-Necks

Dressing in black was not the best option for the heat but I went for it anyway. The v-neck of this top was perfect for my tiny necklace to be centered between. I constantly had to move it back into position but it did not want to stay put. I kept things minimalist and paired the top with this quilted ivory skirt. I love the way the peplum juts out!
