Athens is a must if you plan to visit Greece, especially for history lovers. It is a busy city with plenty of restaurants, businesses, and shops. Yet you will most likely find a historical attraction wherever you turn. My first stop was Acropolis Museum because it was already in the late afternoon when my family and I arrived at our hotel. Luckily there was a special orchestral event occurring at the museum so they were open til midnight. The following few days was when my family and I did all of our site-seeing at the top of the Parthenon, visit the square, saw of few more historical sites, and walked around the markets. I loved shopping at the markets because you can find everything there and it was where I did most of my souvenir shopping.
If you are trying to figure out how long to stay in Athens, three days is sufficient enough to see most of the city. My family and I spent an extra day to do a bus day trip to Sounio, which is a few hours outside of Athens. The best way to get from place to place is by Metro because it is the cheapest way to travel. The only time I took a taxi was when I first arrived at the airport.

This is my first official post back at the shore. I forgot how long it has been seen I have taken style photos here. The beach really makes a lovely backdrop. I mustered up the courage to head out with no jacket. It may look sunny but the windy has been really cold. I am hoping the whether will continue to get warmer because I only want to feature spring/summer clothing on the blog from now on.
Skechers sent me the perfect pair of sandals to kick off the season and I will definitely be wearing them all summer long. I honestly usually think of sneakers when it comes to shopping at Skechers (@sketches) but these sandals proved me wrong. I think they are very in-trend and extremely comfortable because of the cushion on the bottom. I paired the sandals with a blouse with some brown prints and a colors maxi skirt.

REVIEW
ARBONNE MAKEUP PRIMER (C/O) - About a month ago, a close friend introduced me to a cosmetic line called Arbonne which made me interested in trying their products. The product I am sharing with you today is Arbonne's makeup primer. I will be honest and say that I have only used one other brand of makeup primer so I am not an expert when it comes to comparing all the different primers out there. However, I do hope to provide you an informative review about this product. I have been using the primer for the past two weeks every morning and I have to say I am impressed. The product comes in a one ounce container which is I believe is a lot for a primer because you only use a pea size amount unlike foundation. This would probably last at least half a year if not more if you use it on a daily basis. I love that it comes with a pump, which makes it easy to get the product out and is hygienic. One pump is usually more than enough. Primer is only meant to be a very thin coating under foundation. The primer is a translucent color and is odorless. It also has a thick consistency and seems to disappear immediately when you first apply it, but it is there so just make sure to gently rub it into the skin thoroughly for an even coverage.
The primer claims to diminish the appearance of fine lines and pore, and I do notice the difference. After applying, it leaves a smooth finish and works well with my liquid foundation. What I love the most about this product is that it keeps my face looking matte all day because I do have oily/combination skin. It also has not caused me to have any breakouts for my acne-prone/sensitive skin. My skin is basically everything but dry so I believe I can say that it will work for most skin types and it is also rich in vitamins. The only issue about this product is that may be a bit expensive for most folks but I did not take away any stars for it because it is a high-end product with great quality. Remember, if you use the product in small quantities and only on the areas of the face where it is needed, it may last you the whole year!
