Lace and Red

WEARING: ZARA CROPPED SWEATER + LACE SKIRT (C/O) + SAMMYDRESS TOTE BAG + JEFFREY CAMPBELL HEELS
Photography by my mother.

Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone. Last weekend I headed over to the city to see my little sister's first showcase. She designed a key holder with matching keychains in collaboration with her friend for Fab's "First Things First" competition/showcase for NYCxDesign who asked designers from all over the world to submit what they believe would be the first thing that makes a house a home. She was selected among hundreds of notable competitors and I am so proud of her.

I wanted to dress in red so I wore my favorite red sweater with this cute red tote. I painted my nails red too in case you did not notice. I feel a little more relaxed now that I have some more time during that day because although I have classes, it is only half the amount I had compared to my fall and spring semesters. I feel like lace can never get old. I love this skirt in particular from Sammydress because of the way it was asymmetrically designed. It is modest yet still appealing. I paired the outfit with these oldy yet still goody Jeffrey Campbell heels.
