♔ Review
The Mykonos Beach Hotel sticks to their name because the Megali Ammos beach is right across the street. Their location is very peaceful because it is a slight distance from the town and party scene. The environment is very different from Athens, which was more city-like, and there are no hotel floors. Instead, there are these mini caverns beside the lobby which are the rooms. The rooms decorated very simply with white walls and wooden furniture. The view is beautiful as you can see the sea and the windmills. You can either sit on your balcony/patio if included in your booking or sit at the lounge/lobby area where there is free wi-fi. The reception desk is open 24 hours and you leave your key with the receptionist whenever you leave the hotel. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. My room had the twin beds on the ground floor and the queen bed on the loft as I was there with my family. There was tiny TV in the room if you like to watch during your spare time and also a stove but I never used it because I always ate out and I actually did not know how to turn it on. What I liked about this hotel is that they included free shuttle transportation when I arrived and when I left. If you are traveling by car or motorcycle, there is space in front of the lobby to park.
