Are you getting tired of shaving? I have tried waxing in the past but I never found one I was satisfied with so when the folks at Completely Bare contacted me, I was interested in trying their products out. Removing hair can be an inconvenience which is why there are so many methods now for doing the job (shaving, waxing, tweezing, threading, laser, creams, etc.). What I like about waxing is that it lasts longer than shaving and pulls the hair right from the root. Feel free to share what method you prefer!
COMPLETELY BARE HYPOALLERGENIC WAX STRIPS - My first impression was, 'wow, it comes with a lot of wax strips'. The kit contains 12 body strips, 18 bikini/underarm strips, and 12 face strips. The strips actually come as double strips so when you pull them apart, it counts as two strips. They are very simple and quick to use! It only takes about 30 seconds of rubbing the strip between your hands before applying it onto the skin. The first time I tried it was on my underarms and it did remove some hair but not a lot. I tried going over the area a few times but it did not do much. Although I believe the most you can go over an area with the same strip is only twice so my further attempts were useless. The underarm and bikini are difficult areas because the skin is not as taut compared to other areas of the body and the hair may be thicker. This may require a stronger wax or multiple sessions over the same area. When I used the facial and body strips, they worked great! Almost all the hair was removed and I just tweezed any remaining hairs. What I loved the moved about this product is that it comes with towelettes in order to clean any residue left from the wax. The towelettes are so convenient and efficient, which quickens the process of waxing.

BODY MOISTURIZER HAIR INHIBITOR (C/O) - I was very interested in trying this hair inhibitor because if you can not get rid of the hair, why not slow it down? I have only used this product for about two weeks, but I have noticed that the areas I used this product on is slowing the growth of hair and making the areas softer. I am not sure whether it is changing the density but I feel like I have not used the product enough yet. Although I do think that if this product is used religious (product says it can be used twice a day), there will be greater results. The product has a pleasant smell and I believe it can replace body lotion if this is used every day. I also think this product may be used no matter if one is waxing or shaving. I plan to continue using the product to further observe the results and will definitely make an update if there are changes!
