Favorite Spring Wardrobe Essentials

With everyone staying home to prevent the spread of disease due to COVID-19, I ended up doing some online shopping for spring clothes and end of winter sales. When it comes to shopping, I have this habit of not purchasing any clothing for months and then once I decide to treat myself, it turns into a shopping spree of purchases one after another. I guess you could call it binge shopping. Luckily my habit has died down and now I can show you some of my favorite finds that I ended up purchasing or would like to own for spring. I am sure most people are trying not to spend money at this time but in case you are in need of some new spring items and have some extra dollars to spare, check these styles out!

Spring is officially here and I am excited to share my spring essentials. You will notice that the selection of styles here are very neutral and minimalist. My style used to be colorful with different prints and patterns but as I mentioned in my previous post, my sense of fashion has begun to lean toward more muted tones and neutrals and less saturated in color. If I was working on a capsule wardrobe for spring, these pieces would potentially be my picks. Don't get me wrong, I still love colors but right now I am obsessed with whites, creams, beige, and camel tones which you will see as you scroll down. I love the white loose blouses (mostly from Shopbop) that you can dress up or down, the beige sandals or mules to accessorize with, and I did include a few patterns/florals to add some spice thus preventing an outfit from looking too bland. Some of the pieces are also petite/tall-friendly. I am always looking for petite-friendly pants because that is wear I struggle the most in terms of finding pants that are the right length. The white pants seenhere (from J.Crew) and here (from Gap) are perfect. If you are into neutral tones too and/or want to see how I would still these pieces, let me know!
