Step Outside For Some Fresh Air

I know it has been a tough past couple of weeks. As we reach the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the outlook on life may become grim. People I know personally are fighting in the midst of this war and others I know whose lives have been taken by the virus. It is very important that everyone takes this pandemic seriously. The virus does not discriminate and even though it may be invisible to the naked eye, it can be very aggressive and strong. This post is dedicated to those who are and have been exposed to this virus. I pray that we get through this soon. For those who are still in denial, following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is crucial in order to get out of this pandemic sooner rather than later. Yes there are people recovering but each and every life that is taken away by this pandemic is precious. I know it can get a little tiring hearing this from everyone so I will change the subject soon but it is important not to take the ones you love for granted. Help us take care of each other and be more mindful of those around us.

If you are feeling irritable, restless, and having cabin fever, get some fresh air! As long as you are keeping your distance, it is perfectly safe to go outside for a walk where not many people are around. Exercise is good for the immune system and so is vitamin D from the sun. The weather is finally getting warmer here on the northeast coast but still chilly enough to wear a jacket. I can not wait to break out the spring clothes already but I easily get cold so I always bundle up. Leggings have been my best friend lately no matter is I am just putting on a casual outfit or going for a run.

What I Am Wearing:
Mango Hooded Wool Coat in XXS (here)
Petite Striped Speckled Boatneck Tunic Sweater in XS Petite (similar here)
Uniqlo Leggings in XS (here)
Bershka Python Trainers in 5 (old - similar here)
